Design Approach

Living & Dining Area
An open-plan layout was implemented to enhance the sense of space and connection between the living and dining areas. Soft textures, warm lighting, and a neutral color palette contribute to a relaxing and welcoming environment. A TV wall unit, feature lighting, and accent chairs complete the space with sophistication.

Master Bedroom
Designed to be a private retreat, the master bedroom includes a calm, earthy tone palette, wall-mounted lights, custom wardrobe, and a minimalist design that encourages rest and relaxation.

Guest/Children’s Bedroom
A multifunctional approach was taken, blending sleeping space with study/storage needs. Light colors and smart furniture placement were key to optimizing the compact layout.

Kitchen
A contemporary parallel kitchen setup was chosen for efficient use of space. Glossy modular cabinetry, a durable countertop, and subtle lighting elevate the functionality and visual appeal.

Materials and Finishes

• Walls: Paint with occasional wallpaper feature panels

• Flooring: Vitrified tiles throughout, wooden finish laminate in bedrooms

• Furniture: Custom-built MDF units with soft-close mechanisms

• Lighting: Layered lighting system with ambient, task, and accent lighting
